  • 2004 - Present Black Box Network Services Bridgeville, PA Applications Analyst II / Knowledgebase Administrator Duties include Application and web development using Visual Studio 2003/VSS 6.0D, daily administration of internal knowledgebase and E-mail ECRM solution, and new product testing and recommendation. Kana and Surado ECRM support includes all phases of implementation cycle support, and web form/page design, coding, and testing with ASP/VB.NET, ASP, HTML, KBML, CSS, JavaScript, and other related technologies. Back end system development in Oracle 9i PL/SQL environment. Currently working on n-tier web development projects in C#, with Oracle and SQL Server Data Tiers.

  • 1987 - 2002 PA Army National Guard Chippewa, PA Communications Network Systems Supervisor (retired) Supervised installation and maintenance of complete digital communications network in a tactical environment. This network consists of digital phone, fax, packet switched data, and Ethernet. Supervise LAN Services on SUN SPARC 20 with SCO UNIX and X Windows GUI. Developed and maintained physical and document/electronic security plans for Node Switch Center Site. Train junior team members to maintain and enhance system viability.
